Please be advised that a special meeting has been called for 7:30 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 124 Queens Plate Drive, Toronto, ON, to receive an offer of purchase. If accepted, a vote on the sale of our Headquarters at 124/126 Queens Plate Drive, Toronto, will take place.
A special meeting was held on Thursday, September 4, 2025. It was moved by Noble Thomas E. Lundy and seconded by Noble Michael J. Webb that Rameses Divan receive authorization as per Section 334.9 Shrine International Bylaws (Iowa) to explore the possibility of the sale or lease of Rameses HQ Buildings, 124 and/or 126 Queens Plate Drive, Toronto, ON M9W OB4. The motion was approved unanimously.
